A 1873 Dec. 19 Act authorized the governor to issue bonds for the purpose of funding the state's domestic debt. These bonds were to be issued through the Auditor's office with the treasurer receiving the proceeds from the bond sale for the State Treasury. This series records the date of issue, number of certificates, denomination of certificates, total amount, warrant numbers, to whom issued, amount for warrants on state treasurer, and by whom exchanged. The entries only span eighteen pages of the volume.
